A few customers have reported that they are experiencing some system slowness. Our engineers are working on these issues, and will be making improvements throughout the day. We apologize for the problems and any inconvenience they cause.

Some users are reporting problems with the Appointment Summary report as well as some other reports showing errors. We are working on fixing this set of problems.
UPDATE: The problem was resolved on Monday at 4pm Pacific time.

Yesterday, we identified a problem with ERA (835) reconciliation. As a result of some system optimizations, certain ERA records would not be correctly processed, mis-identifying the patients whose claims were being paid or denied. The new update to Business Manager, version 1.37.2343.30120, prevents these potential mis-identification problems.
We have also changed all installers to correctly deploy Microsoft Windows Installer v3.1. This should prevent users without this version of the installer on their systems from receiving an error during the initial application setup.
