Minor version update

We released new minor versions of our software -- Business Manager v1.38.2410.37087 and Medical Office Version 1.38.2410.37241. These new versions were released to help improve system performance, and to enable the display of your practice's kFax number on the Practice Home dashboard if you are subscribed to that service. No other functionality has been added.
We've also been hard at work making improvements to our system's performance in the last few days. We continue to make changes on a daily basis to make our application faster and more reliable.
