System update

Kareo released a minor update to the software on Saturday, March 3.
Changes
- Fix: Closing Dates are enforced across the application with new OverrideClosingDate permissions, and warnings upon using the permissions. Certain activities of changing records in a closed period are no longer allowed. (FB20625, FB19791)
- Fix: Reopening a claim should re-enable Claim Details (FB18124)
- Fix: Removing patients from a payment caused error (FB20491)
- Fix: Procedure macros would cause failure on the encounter screen (FB20627)
- Fix: Tabbing through encounter screen removed the default rendering provider (FB20634)
- Fix: Reopening a claim by deleting the END transaction left the claim with a "Completed" status (FB20773)
- Fix: Payments of type "Other" would get hidden from the Payments list (FB19750)
- Fix: Hid Referring Physicians and Categories from the Other Lists dashboard when no practice is selected yet (FB20172)
- Fix: Practice Detail screen email fields showed the same data across three different fields (FB13673)
- Fix: Some screen titles and menu item names were not using a consistent naming convention (FB17949)
- Key Indicators: Removed Days to Submit, changed Days to Bill calculation from the report and practice home screen (FB14064)
- Encounters: Enabled the Medical Office note if the user's User Role has the Medical Office dashboard shown (FB20633)
- Security: Added ability to set User Role to "None" (FB20813)
- Security: Added permissions for accessing patient eligibility related features (FB17937)
- Patients: Removed validation messages asking to enter Social Security Numbers (FB20260)
- Codes: Added ability remove a Procedure Code's category (FB19674)
- Notifications: Added a new system notifications feature, shown at the bottom of the sidebar (FB20529)
- NPI: Lists of providers, service locations and practices now show an NPI column. (FB20846)
- Auto-update: Automatically start Kareo after update (FB19106)
- Auto-update: Add a 2 second pause to upgrade process (FB19124)
- Auto-update: Show user interface while upgrading
- Other fixes (FB20269, FB20754, FB20764, FB19339, FB14039)
Known issues
- Encounter Details: The rendering provider field does not auto-complete when typing.

Add a New field in Encounters to add new authorization #'s to a patients case instead of having to go to Find Patient and opening up the Patients Case. Also do the same when scheduling the Patient.

When entering in multiple charges there should be a way to use the down key and have it bring you back to the beginning of the next charge line. As it is right now you have to use the arrow down key and the Home key.
