After receiving confirmation from Trailblazers, MedAvant has confirmed that the following INS rejections were caused by a processing error at the intermediary.
•The issue has been resolved and claims may be resubmitted for processing. These rejections are available on the 10/2/2007 INS and Ancillary reports.

• R MSG-V4F Facility Zip Code invalid
