We are experiencing a system issue causing erroneous rejections for various payers and an erroneous rejection message on the ‘REC’ reports.
We have determined the source of the error and are in the process of implementing the solution. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We expect to have the issue resolved and the claims resubmitted today.
