KFax and Performance Issues

Kareo is currently experiencing technical problems. These problems are affecting system speed and the KFax system.  At this time we ask that you do not attempt to fax in any documents.  Our team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This issue has been ongoing for the past week, and ironically we have put 2 new clients on this system this past week using the Team Edition just for the K Fax. When will this be corrected? This is not making either of us look too good. Should I change their subscriptions to basic? We do have other methods whereby we can receive their data electronically. Plese advise.

I think you need more staff to cover all these issues. I agree with Linda this is not making you or us look good.

I am sorry to say that system slowness is a chronic problem with Kareo. I feel like they do need more staff to cover all the issues they have. I certainly cannot do my work properly or timely with all these issues. Thinking of looking into a new system. Have not had a good experience yet.
