The Kareo offices will be closed November 27 and 28, for the Thanksgiving Holiday.  All electronic transaction (Claims, ERA, and Patient Statements), will be processed as normal during this period.  Below are the schedules for our clearinghouse partners.

MedAvant will be closed the 27th and 28th. 

During this period:

• Will continue to accept and process claim files these days, however they will not be sent to the Payer until December 1st, 2008.
• Real-time Eligibility and Claims Status will be available.

Gateway EDI will be closed the 27th and 28th

During this period:

• Claims received after 2:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 will be submitted to the payers on Monday, December 1, 2008

Update 11/12: This issue has been resolved.

Kareo is currently experiencing technical problems with the patient statement system.   At this time we ask that you do not attempt to submit any patient statement batches.  Our team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
