The Kareo offices will be closed December 25th, 26th, and January 1st and 2nd for the Holidays.  All electronic transaction (Claims, ERA, and Patient Statements), will be processed as normal during this period.  Below are the schedules for our clearinghouse partners.

MedAvant will be closed December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st

During this period:

• Claims accepted on December 24 and 25 will be processed on December 26.

• Claims accepted on December 31 and January 1 will be processed on January 2.

• Real-time Eligibility and Claims Status will continue to be available throughout the holiday schedule.

Gateway EDI will be closed December 24th, 25th, and January 1st

During this period:

• Claims received after 2:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, December 23, 2008 will be submitted to the payers on Friday, December 26, 2008

• Claims received after 2:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 will be submitted to the payers on Friday, January 2, 2009
