KFax System Issue

Update 1/6/09: This issue has been resolved
Kareo is currently experiencing technical problems affecting the KFax system. At this time we ask that you do not attempt to fax in any documents. Our team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Why is Kareo having such issues again with the K-Fax. It makes me look like an idiot to my clients. I just last week I sent a notice don't use the K-fax.. then I sent, it's ok use the K-fax.. Now I have to tell them again NOT to use it??? They are starting to get pretty pissed off. Once my clients K-fax the records all are filed... it's alot of extra unneccessary work for them to pull all the files and refax. ... People can be tolerant for so long... Please get this issue resolved once and for all !!! And send all the provider's a note stating it wasn't the billing companies fault.

I agree with Analisa. We my clients are annyoed with this issue to say the least. Please issue a statement that this is not the billing companies faukt but the software venders fault. This issue needs to be resolved asap and for good this time.

Over the past year, our kFax service has generally been very reliable. But unfortunately, we ran into three different and unrelated problems that all happened to occur within the past two weeks. Two of the problems were related to improper configuration of our internal logging and monitoring systems. The third problem was caused by unscheduled downtime by our telecommunications provider, AT&T. All of the problems were resolved as of 1/6/09.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our customers. We are reviewing these three incidents and making some adjustments to our system to reduce the likelihood of downtime in the future.
