On Monday (1/26), we deployed a minor update to the Kareo application with the following enhancements:

• Improved speed when submitting patient statement batches to Kareo

• Show patient alerts on the Payment Detail screen when posting a payment from an ERA
• Added the Provider field to the Procedure Macro Detail screen which allows the configuration of provider-specific Procedure Macros
• Changed messages to inform customers to email billing@kareo.com for any provider and practice deactivations
• Fixed a bug with the Encounter Detail screen so that the keyboard input focus moves to the Service Start Date field after selecting an Authorization
• Fixed a bug with the Encounter Detail screen so that the keyboard input focus remains in the current row after entering a Procedure Macro
• Fixed a bug that prevented the usage of ticket numbers related to recurring appointments when entering encounters on the Encounter Detail screen
• Fixed a bug that caused an exception during the auto-update check during login to Kareo
• Fixed a bug that caused an exception when saving user preferences in Kareo
