Reports Issue

Update 3/12/09:  This issue has been resolved

Kareo is currently experiencing additional intermittent technical problems with reports.  Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  The resolution will likely involve some further troubleshooting steps today and the installation of some additional equipment this weekend.  We understand the significant impact to customers and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Kareo is currently experiencing technical problems affecting access to the Help & Support site.   Our team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  In the interim you can access the Help & Support site by going to help.kareo.com you don't need to type in "www" just help.kareo.com.
