Reports Issue

Update 3/12/09:  This issue has been resolved

Kareo is currently experiencing additional intermittent technical problems with reports.  Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  The resolution will likely involve some further troubleshooting steps today and the installation of some additional equipment this weekend.  We understand the significant impact to customers and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I work with ProAssist and I sent in an email yesterday along with another lady from our office. We cant access our AR reports and we also can save them to Excel. It would be nice to know these emails have been acknowledged
