The Kareo offices will be closed May 25^th for Memorial Day.   Below are the schedules for our clearinghouse partners.

Capario will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2009.

• Capario will accept claims but they will not be processed or sent to the Payer until Tuesday, May 26th.        

·         Real-time Eligibility and Claims Status will continue to be available throughout the holiday

Gateway EDI will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2009

·         Gateway EDI will be closed. Claims received after 2:00 pm CST on Friday, May 22, 2009 will be processed on Tuesday, May 26, 2009. The Gateway EDI website will be fully functional during this time.

Important Message From MedAvant, now known as Capario

Date Range: May 1, 2009 - ongoing

Details:

This payer recently changed their fiscal intermediary and as a result of this migration some claims are being erroneously rejected for missing or invalid NPI and/or missing or invalid Tax ID/SSN.

Submitter Actions:  None.  Once the issue has been resolved Capario will reprocess all affected claims and send an updated notification.
