Clearinghouse Report Delay

Kareo experienced technical problems last week that prevented claims from being delivered to our clearinghouse partners and clearinghouse reports & ERA from being delivered to customers. These issues have been corrected and all claims were delivered to the clearinghouses over the weekend and reports & ERA's are being processed normally. You should have all missing reports & ERA files by close of business on Wednesday the 24th.

thank you for the update as I was wondering why I had not received any clearinghouse reports for claims submitted on Thurs thru Sunday.
