Some Capario Network Connectivity Issues are Resolved

Update 7/1, 12:05PM PDT: All connectivity is now fully operational with the exception of our connection for Medicare eligibility, which they hope to have fully operational this today.

You should have all your missing reports and ERA’s by Friday if you don’t please submit a case to
support@kareo.com.

Tuesday Morning UPDATE:

• FTP claim file submission access is fully operational.
• The Dial-Up BBS claim file submission is fully operational.
• CSFT(Capario Secure File Transfer) is fully opeational.
• Capario Portal is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues.
• Real-Time transactions (eligibility & claim status) remain unavailable.
• ERA file processing is not  available.

Capario is currently processing claim files received Monday and today. We are scheduled to submit claim files to Payer tonight. 
 
REC and INS reports will be delayed. We will provide an update on report availability at 11 a.m. PDT.
 
Our technical continues to work on resolving all open issues.

Submitter Actions: Clients can resume submitting claim files for processing.

Kareo will be submitting all claims sent since Friday at 10PM PDT to Capario today.

Capario System Maintenance Scheduled for June 26-June 28th.

Update 6/29, 9:30AM PDT:  Capario has notified Kareo that there systems are not back online yet the expected ETA for them to finish their system maintenance is tomorrow, Tuesday 6/30.  Kareo will continue to hold all claims submitted to Capario until they are back online.  Also you will not receive any claim reports or ERA's until they are back online.

Details:

Capario will be performing system maintenance and hardware upgrades during this period.  As a result our system will not be available for processing claims, ERAs, real-time eligibility and claim status. 
 
Starting at 10:00pm PDT on Friday, you will not be able to submit claim files until the maintenance window expires on Sunday at noon PDT.


We appreciate your cooperation as we upgrade our systems so that we can continue to offer the best in system performance and stability. 


Any claims submitted during this time period will not be sent to the Capario/MedAvant clearinghouse until Monday, June 29th at 9:00 a.m. (PDT)

Clearinghouse Report Delay

Kareo experienced technical problems last week that prevented claims from being delivered to our clearinghouse partners and clearinghouse reports & ERA from being delivered to customers. These issues have been corrected and all claims were delivered to the clearinghouses over the weekend and reports & ERA's are being processed normally.  You should have all missing reports & ERA files by close of business on Wednesday the 24th.

Patient Statement Issue

Kareo will be unavailable from Friday, 6/5/09 at 7:00 PM PDT to Saturday, 6/6/09 at 7:00 AM PDT.  During this time frame, Kareo will be deploying a new release.  Customers will receive an email with release notes following this deployment.
