Important message from Capario Clearinghouse

Date Range:  Complete on-line registration with Washington Medicaid by October 15, 2009

Details:

The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is replacing its' current Medicaid Management Information System with ProviderOne, a new payment processing system. 

As part of this replacement process all providers must register with ProviderOne by Oct 15th 2009.  DSHS strongly urges all providers to register to minimize the risk that claims will process incorrectly or payment delays.

Capario is currently working directly with ProviderOne to test all transactions prior to the migration date.  Providers will not need to test with Capario during this migration.

•  Steps 1-10: Complete these steps
•  Step 11: Indicate "Billing Agent / Clearinghouse"
•  Step 12: Complete if required
•  Step 13. Enter Capario's ID - 1054081
o  Under the Authorized Column change these transactions to YES:
     835 - Select 835 if you would like to receive ERA's through Capario.
• Step 14: Complete if required
