Holiday Schedule

In observance of the winter holidays, Kareo will observe the following holiday hours:
- Thursday, December 24, 2009 we will be CLOSED.
- Friday, December 25, 2009 we will be CLOSED.
- Thursday, December 31, 2009 we will be available from 8:00am – noon PST
- Friday, January 1, 2010 we will be CLOSED.
Below are the holiday schedules for our clearinghouse partners:
Capario: will be closed December 24, 25, 31st and January 1st.
During this period: Claims will be accepted but they will not be processed or sent to the payer until Monday December 28th and January 4th. Real-time Eligibility will continue to be available throughout the holiday.
Gateway EDI: will be closed December 24, 25, and January 1st. During this period: Claims will be accepted but they will not be processed or sent to the payer until Monday December 28th and January 4th. Real-time Eligibility will continue to be available throughout the holiday.
