Holiday Schedule

In observance of Memorial Day Holiday Kareo will be closed on Monday May 31st.

 

Below are the holiday schedules for our clearinghouse partners: 

 

Capario:  will be closed Monday May 31st 

During this period:  Claims will be accepted but they will not be processed or sent to the payer until Tuesday June 1st. ERA and claim reports will not be sent until Tuesday June 1st.  Real-time Eligibility will continue to be available throughout the holiday.    

 

Gateway EDI:  will be closed Monday May 31st

During this period: Claims received after 2:00 p.m. CST on Friday, May 28, 2010 will be submitted to the payers on Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Real-time Eligibility will continue to be available throughout the holiday.

Payment Posting Issue

Update 5/3/10 3:15PM PST: A fix for this issue has been deployed.  The fix required us to deploy a new Kareo version which will download upon your next Kareo login.  If you are logged in now please log out then back in to get the fix/ update.

 

Kareo is currently experiencing a technical problem which is causing the system to crash for some users when they attempt to post and save a payment. Our team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Encounter Form Printing Issue

Update 5/3/10:  This issue has been resolved all encounter forms will print as usually now.

Kareo is currently experiencing a technical problem which prevents encounter forms for appointments entered after installing the update from being printed. Our team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
