Gateway EDI claim confirmation and ERA delays

Update 6/23: All reports and ERA files from Gateway EDI have been processed and routed to Kareo accounts.
Kareo is currently experiencing a delay in the posting of claim confirmation, tracking numbers, and ERA’s received from the Gateway EDI clearinghouse. This issue is not affecting the submission of claims to the clearinghouse & payers just the posting of their response, please do not re-submit any claims you’ve submitted via Gateway EDI since Friday that you haven’t gotten the response back yet on
