Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Files Delayed for Multiple Medicare Payers

Gateway EDI has informed Kareo that Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma Medicare ERA files with checks dated 07/14/2010 through present have been delayed. Gateway EDI is working with Trailblazer to correct the issue.
In addition South Carolina Medicare ERA files with checks dated 07/15/2010 through present has been delayed. Palmetto GBA is working to correct the issue.
Also, Nevada and Hawaii Medicare ERA files with checks dated 07/15/2010 through present have been delayed. Palmetto GBA is working to correct the issue.
Gateway EDI will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
