Gateway EDI real-time eligibility issue

Update 8/10: Gateway will be deploying a fix for this issue tonight at 8:00PM CDT. We'll post additional update tomorrow once we have confirmed its working.
Kareo is currently experiencing technical problems with Real-time Eligibility due to connectivity issues at Gateway EDI. Gateway EDI is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Kareo will update you once this is fixed.
