The Kareo offices will be closed November 25^th and 26th for Thanksgiving.  All electronic transactions (Claims, ERA, and Patient Statements), will be processed as normal during this period.  Below are the schedules for our clearinghouse partners.  

Capario:  will be closed November 25^th and 26^th. 

During this period: 

• We will accept claims but they will not be processed or sent to the Payer until Monday November 29th.
• Real-time Eligibility will continue to be available throughout the holiday.
• ERAs will be processed and delivered.   

Gateway EDI:  will be closed November 25^th and 26^th.

During this period: 

• Claims will be accepted but they will not be processed or sent to the payer until Monday November 29^th.
• Real-time Eligibility will continue to be available throughout the holiday.

Kareo will be moving to larger offices on November 5, 2010 to better support our growth.  During the move our support, billing, and enrollment departments will be unavailable but all electronic transactions, claims, ERA, clearinghouse reports, etc… will continue to be processed as normal.
