Holiday Schedule

The Kareo offices will be closed Friday December 31, in observance of New Year’s Day.  All electronic transactions (Claims, ERA, and Patient Statements), will be processed as normal during this period.  Below are the schedules for our clearinghouse partners. 

Gateway will also be closed Friday, December 31, in observance of New Year’s Day.  Claims submitted Thursday, December 30, after 2:00 p.m. CST will be sent to the payers on Monday, January 3, 2010.

For New Years, Capario will be open on Friday December 31st and Monday January 3rd.

The Kareo offices will be closed Friday December 24th for Christmas.  All electronic transactions (Claims, ERA, and Patient Statements), will be processed as normal during this period.  Below are the schedules for our clearinghouse partners.   

Capario:  will be closed December 24th.  

During this period: 

  • We will accept claims but they will not be processed or sent to the Payer until Monday December 27th.
  • Real-time Eligibility will continue to be available throughout the holiday.
  • ERAs will be processed and delivered.   

 

Gateway EDI:  will be closed December 23rd and 24th

During this period: 

  • Claims will be accepted but they will not be processed or sent to the payer until Monday December 27th.
  • Real-time Eligibility will continue to be available throughout the holiday.

The Medicare 270/271 Eligibility system is currently unavailable. The system is not accepting new eligibility requests; requests to open a socket to connect to the application are being rejected.
