Gateway EDI is currently down

Update 1/11 8:00AM PST:  Gateway EDI has resolved this issue and is processing claims and eligibility request as normal.  Kareo will post another update once they are finished processing all claims submitted while they were down and the reports sent out.  Please do not re-send any of your Gateway EDI claims submitted in the last three days that you haven't gotten reports back on yet.

The Gateway EDI clearinghouse is currently experiencing technical difficulties.  At this time all eligibility processing is down, but they are accepting claims as normal however they won’t be processed until their systems are back online.  

Kareo Support is monitoring the issue w/ Gateway EDI and will post an update as soon as the issue has been resolved.
