We are working with Practice Fusion to restore the interface as soon as possible and will post an update here once it’s back online.
Thank You,

This is a real inconvenience for us and I am sure for many others. I hope Kareo is prepared to compensate us for our down time.

I have requested Kareo to contact me twice about this and have received no response. We have now have a 5 day delay in our cash flow. I don't know how you would compensate for that but sure would like some feedback as to how much longer this will be going on so I can plan accordingly.

Kareo Support Staff have to be more accountable.
It is really pathetic that we do not know when the Kareo/Practicefusion interface be restored.
ASAP is not enough we have to get an ETA, ASAP could perhaps be next year?

Why does the system alert notice in Kareo indicate that the Kareo/Practice Fusion interface has been restored & working as normal when the link in Practice Fusion is still missing as of 11pm, EST?? To those of us who are complaining about this problem, misinformation certainly isn't a help toward resolution! Please FIX the problem FIRST before declaring it resolved- in business, credibility is often everything!

I noticed that a lot of you are saying that there is going to cause a lapse in your cashflow. I seem to be able to manually bill in Kareo, it takes way too much time since I have to duplicate the work - adding the patients from PF to Kareo and then billing from superbills created in PF - but it appears to be working. Does anyone know if that is not the case? I'd hate to do all this extra work to find out it didn't work.

The interface is back up though I'm not sure what broke it. I was hoping that they would make more enhancements to the interface but I didn't see any.
Anyway, back to business as usual.

I got notice today on the system alert that the Practice Fusion integration is down (again); fortunately, as Sarah noted above, it is just another small lemon to contend with as you can bill directly to Kareo with greater flexibility & accuracy than using the PF interface anyway (seemingly minor changes in demographics in PF can have major consequences in Kareo with respect to your billing) and it doesn't significantly affect the cash flow. Because of these integration interruptions, I am only using PF for medical documentation now & just bill directly to Kareo sans interface. It's too bad that they haven't perfected it, for that would save a lot of hassle...
