Gateway EDI Incorrect / Duplicate Claim Report Issue

For customers using Gateway as their clearinghouse who received claim reports back stating “0 claims processed” and/or no status beginning on 3/22/11, please note that Gateway is currently correcting the problem by resending corrected reports that correctly show the number of claims processed and status for each claim. This means you may receive a duplicate claim report if you received a prior claim report stating “0 claims processed”. Disregard the first claim report with the error message and use the new claim report going forward.
These claims were processed and forwarded onto the payers as usual this issue only affected the confirmation reports. Please do not re-send these claims.
