Holiday Schedule

The Kareo offices will be closed Monday May 30th for Memorial Day.  All electronic transactions (Claims, ERA, and Patient Statements), will be processed as normal during this period.  Below are the schedules for our clearinghouse partners.   

 
Capario: will be closed May 30th.   

During this period:

• We will accept claims but they will not be processed, or sent to the payers, until Tuesday, May 31st.
• ERAs, if available from the payer, will be processed and delivered on Monday, May 30th.
• INS responses will be sent on Tuesday, May 31st.
• Real-time Eligibility and Claims Status will be available throughout the holiday.
