The Kareo offices will be closed Monday September 5th for Labor Day. All electronic transactions (Claims, ERA, and Patient Statements), will be processed as normal during this period. Below are the schedules for our clearinghouse partners.

Capario: will be closed Monday September 5th.

During this period:

• Claims will be accepted but they will not be processed, or sent to the payers, until Tuesday, September 6th.
• Real-time Eligibility and ERA’s will be available throughout the holiday.

Gateway EDI: will be closed Monday September 5th.

During this period:

• All claims submitted to Gateway EDI after 2 p.m. CST on Friday, September 2, 2011 will be sent to the payers on Tuesday, September 6, 2011.
